Umrah E-Visa Waiver (EVW) Application Form

In August 2023 we announced that Saudi Arabia had officially introduced an E-Visa Waiver process which allows British nationals to travel to Saudi Arabia for a very small cost.

Since then, I’ve noticed that people have been facing issues filling in the form as it can be quite fiddly and there are still some question marks on how to fill it in. For that reason, I have set up a service whereby I process the visas for you for a small cost (£12 per person). Payment will be discussed once I receive the form.

The cost of the EVW is $41 (approx £32/£33) as this is simply a processing fee. So in total, the EVW will cost you £44/£45 with my service which will leave you without having to worry about uploading the right-sized photos, messing around with a fiddly form and worrying about inputting the wrong information. I’ll basically take care of all that for you.

Once you apply below, it will take approximately 24-48 hours to get your E-Visa Waiver (EVW). If you need it quicker, please select the Fast Service option below.

I just would like to say I’m going to Umrah with 17 other brothers Alhamdulillah. We had issues applying for the Evisa waivers as the process was more difficult than we thought. What a superb service. Just had 4 full visas and 5 Visa waivers completed within 24hrs. I was struggling to get health insurance to cover elderly parents, and brother Juber advised to use full visa for them which has health insurance included.   Wa’alaykum Salam. Yes, you will be fine to bring back Zamzam water from Madinah. As long as the rules have not changed, you can bring back Zamzam water from Madinah airport. Jeddah airport can be a bit problematic and its honestly never so straightforward, as I have heard of people bringing it back and others have not had luck.

    Oh , we a travelling back from Jeddah airport as a group I could just do two normal visas and the remaining EVW ill fill in your form to do for us . I just wanted to know if this visa has an umrah option as I heard on tourist visa is when they don’t allow you to bring zam zam back .

    Okay that’s fine no worries and yes we can do 2 normal Umrah only visas for you too alongside the EVWs. With evisa waivers, you can perform umrah with them but it’s always unclear if you can bring back Zamzam with them. The evisa waiver just comes as a tourist visa with which you can do umrah but not always 100% if you can bring Zamzam back from Jeddah only. With an Umrah only visa which is slightly more in cost, you can defo bring Zamzam back from Jeddah airport.

Salam brother,
I wanted to ask please, the Umrah usually requires a medical insurance to be purchased with the Umrah or e-visa.

Is it the case here as well? Is the medical insurance required or mandatory to be bought separately to perform Umrah if we apply for the waiver visa? Or we can perform the Umrah with only the waiver visa of 41$, without getting the medical insurance?

I would really appreciate your help with this.

  The EVW DOES NOT include medical insurance. You can get away with not having medical insurance, but if you do need the medical services there, then there will be costs. Ambulance services are usually free. We performed a DIY Umrah this Ramadan and we tried to apply for the EVW ourselves but had trouble with it. At first we were a bit sceptical but we contacted Brother Juber and sent over the relevant details to him. Alhamdulillah he did it for us within 24 hours. We had no issues during Umrah and we were able to bring back Zam Zam water from Jeddah airport. If you want to reduce the hassle of applying yourselves as the website can be temperamental, we highly recommend this service for ease and convenience. It also saves money as the Evisa costs around double the amount of the EVW.
