Itinerary
Wednesday 12th November
Our tour will begin with a flight to Madinah (land at 3:40AM Thursday morning)
Thursday 13th November
Land in Madinah at 3:40AM and transfer to Taiba Madinah Hotel. After getting some rest, the group will meet after Asr for orientation and to make our way to send our greetings to the Prophet ﷺ
Friday 14th November
Spend the day immersing yourself by praying Jumuah in Masjid Nabawi. After this, engage in a thought-provoking Seerah class after Asr.
Saturday 15th November
Begin the day with a Sunnah act by joining a walking tour to Masjid Quba. Starting after Fajr, the group will make its way to Quba, stopping at several significant historical landmarks in Madinah along the way. Later in the day, we will visit a local date farm near Mount Uhud to learn more about the date harvesting process — a great opportunity to get your hands on some of the finest dates Madinah has to offer!
Sunday 16th November
Begin the day with an immersive bus tour of Madinah. On the tour, we will visit some of the major landmarks in Madinah as well as some lesser known gems which often goes unnoticed by many visitors.
Monday 17th November
The day will generally be free for all. We will however be running an Umrah workshop for those interested in either revisiting the practicalities of Umrah or for those performing for the first time. We highly advise you to take part in this workshop as it will be a great opportunity to ask any questions you have about performing Umrah.
Tuesday 18th November
Make a stop at Masjid Dhul Hulayfah to make intention for Umrah followed by our journey across the Hejaz from Madinah to Makkah. The group will perform Umrah together followed by overnight at hotel.
Wednesday 19th November
Walking tour of Masjid Haram after Isha
Thursday 20th November
Begin the day with a bus tour of Makkah visiting some of the most important landmarks in the city. Learn more about the Hajj rituals and the history of Makkah before the Prophet's ﷺ birth
Friday 21st November
Spend the day immersing yourself by praying Jumuah in Masjid Haram. After this, group members will be free to spend time in the Haram.
Saturday 22nd November
Depart for airport in the early hours for our flight back to the UK

Terms & Conditions
Payment & Booking
Deposits and Payments:
- We ask for a deposit of £100 for all our tours except for our Umrah tours for which we ask for a £500 deposit. This is required so that we may confirm and secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. (For the Umrah tour deposit, £100 of it is non-refundable)
- Once you have paid your £100 deposit and your booking has been confirmed, another payment of £300 is required within 6 weeks of payment of the deposit. We do this as it confirms your commitment to join the tour.
Final Payment:
- For all our tours, we request that the remaining balance is cleared no later than 8 weeks before the travel date.
- For bookings made within 2 months of departure, a full payment of the tour costs is required 6 weeks before departure or within two weeks after booking, whichever comes first.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our refund and cancellation process as straightforward as possible. The following terms apply for cancellations:
- Cancellations made 6 weeks or more prior to the travel date: You are eligible for a full refund of the total tour package price. However, we will keep the deposit to cover any non-recoverable expenses incurred to date. The remaining balance of your trip will be refunded or not charged.
- Cancellations made 4 weeks or more prior to the travel date: You are eligible for a partial refund of the total tour package price (40% of the total package price is refunded).
- Cancel up to 2 weeks before travel: no refund will be given.
Paying in Instalments
To set up an instalment plan, simply let us know by contacting us and we will set this up for you. We can set up 3 payment instalments without any extra charge.
Keep in mind the following:
1. A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Full payment/last instalment payment should be received 8 weeks before the trip.
Special Needs or Medical Conditions
We welcome all travelers and aim to make our tours inclusive and enjoyable. To help us support you:
- Let us know in advance if you have any mobility, sensory, medical, or dietary needs.
- Some tours may not be suitable for all conditions due to terrain, pace, or logistics—we’ll do our best to advise and accommodate.
- Guests needing personal care must travel with a companion or caregiver, as our staff can’t provide medical or personal assistance.
- Bring your own medications and equipment, and ensure you have appropriate travel insurance.
- Mobility aids (e.g., wheelchairs) are welcome, but we need to confirm access ahead of time.

By joining our tours, you agree to participate at your own risk and take full responsibility for your actions and personal safety.
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by your actions or those of third parties (e.g., transport providers, local operators).
- You must follow all safety instructions, respect local laws, and act responsibly during the tour.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and remains your responsibility.
- We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior puts themselves or others at risk.
- By booking, you acknowledge and accept a waiver of liability, releasing us from legal claims arising from participation in the tour, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Your safety matters, but ultimately, it’s your responsibility.

- By joining a tour, you agree that we may use images or videos you appear in for promotional purposes (like social media, brochures, or our website).
- If you'd prefer not to be photographed or filmed, just let us know before the tour—no problem at all!
- While we do our best to honor requests, we’re not responsible for media shared by other guests.
- All content we create is owned by us and may be used without compensation.
