Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy (WITHOUT FLIGHTS)

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our refund and cancellation process as straightforward as possible. The following terms apply for cancellations:

• Cancellations made 6 weeks or more prior to the travel date: You are eligible for a full refund of the total tour package price.
• Cancellations made 4 weeks or more prior to the travel date: You are eligible for a partial refund of the total tour package price (40%)
• Cancellations made 2 weeks or more prior to the travel date: No refund will be given
• If the tour package includes flights: Please note that there may be cancellation fees imposed by the airline. These fees vary depending on the airline's policies and are outside of our control.

Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy Masjid Al-Aqsa Tours (FLIGHTS INCLUDED)

Any of our tours (including Masjid Al-Aqsa Tours) that include flights and a deposit is paid to confirm flight booking, no refund will be given unless the airline themselves cancel the flight. We are unable to retrieve the funds when block bookings are made for a group. Please keep this in mind and book responsibly. 

Umrah Evisa Waiver (EVW) Applications Refund Policy

Whilst this is very rare, if for any reason an application is rejected or we are asked to send your application to the embassy, we offer a refund as all fees paid to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia (MOFA) are refundable.
